What is my student profile?

Your student profile contains the basic information we need to give you access to the iLearn online courses:

You must have a valid profile to access courses. Click Your Profile in the left navigation to review your profile information.

My student profile information is incorrect. How do I change it?

To update your profile information, click Your Profile in the left navigation to access the profile page. From this page you can:

What are e-mail settings?

Your e-mail settings control whether you receive offers and updates from qualified iVillage partners as well as the kind of e-mail messages you receive from the iLearn Web site. To change your e-mail settings:

  1. Click Your Profile in the left sidebar.
  2. On the profile page, click Change Your E-mail Preferences.
  3. Click Save Changes when you're done.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password at any time. To create a new password for your profile:

  1. Click Your Profile in the left sidebar.
  2. On the profile page, click Change Your Password.
  3. On the Change Your Password page, enter your current password into the Current password field.
  4. Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
  5. Click Change Your Password.

How do I keep track of all my courses? How do I see my completed courses?

Click Your Courses in the left navigation to access a complete record of your course activities at the iLearn Web site, including:

Once a course has ended, you cannot go back to complete lessons, assignments, or quizzes.

Click Transcript for any past or completed course to review a list of lessons and assignments you've completed as well as the scores for any quizzes you took. Quizzes and assignments that you do not complete will not be included in your transcript.

What if I've forgotten my password?

For your protection, your password is encrypted in our system. Because it's encrypted, we cannot look up your password information. However, you may follow these steps to have your current password reset to a new password:

  1. Click Forgot your password? in the left sidebar.
  2. Enter your e-mail address and click Submit.
  3. Look in your e-mail in box for a message from iLearn with your new password.
  4. Use this password and your e-mail address to log into iLearn. This password will be a randomly generated password, so you may want to follow the instructions above to change this new password to one you can more easily remember.
