On the flip side, this lesson covers how women think and handle communications. The goal is not only to help men understand women better, but also for women to get to know themselves and their own ways.

Lesson 4: Connection Skills

As a couple, men and women can learn concrete skills to effectively build better relationships. This lesson includes exercises and practical activities men and women can do on their own and together to improve their communication connections.

Lesson 5: Dealing with Disconnections

Using examples, this lesson examines the fundamental differences between men and women in a variety of situations and explains some common ways couples disconnect. Practical tips on how to improve communication are included.

Lesson 6: Connecting Our Different Worlds

Men and women can benefit from getting in touch with the opposite sex to help overcome difficulties or to get a fresh perspective. This lesson also offers tips on communicating in the bedroom and through long-term relationships.
